Five hot smoking stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My review

Katy Evans is a one-click author for me, but even if she wasn’t, I had to get Womanizer for no other reason than the stare-at-me cover. The cover is stunning, there’s no other words to describe it.
The #hotsmokerguy did it for me but when I started reading the book… I did not know that It was possible to love a character so much, and for him to be pictured perfectly. This cover is Callan!

In Womanizer, Olivia is working hard to get to her goal, and to do that, she is wanting to gain respect from the firm Carma inc that will get her to places she wants to go. She found the Internship thanks to her brother, but she is determined to make her mark, and use this position as a stepping stone. She found herself in Chicago with no friends until she meets the hot smoker guy at the roof terrace.

“Let me know when you miss being a princess and I’ll see what I can do.”

Callan is the hot CEO who is used to getting whatever, and whomever he wants. He is a well-known, driven and excellent CEO, he’s the best in the industry. He’s also a highly sexual man and has slept with half the town.
Callan and Livvy develop a friendship to start with but soon it became nearly impossible for them to deny their attraction for each other. There’s that powerful pull that Livvy just can’t seem to stay away from… there’s too much of a magnetic pull no matter what her mind tells her she embarks on a journey that’s forbidden but highly erotic, arousing, alluring and intense. Callan is a force-He enters a room and sucks all of the air out of it.

“He’s like the testament to singleness. All his friends are taken, so now he’s the last man standing.”

When Callan and Livvy discover who they are for each other, they have to make a decision that could be life changing.

“I want to be the woman that the man I want wants back. Don’t you want me?”

Womanizer has it all- it’s funny, it’s emotional, it’s sexy and it has my favourite thing in it—fan-freakin-tastic characterisation. For me to fall in love with a book, I need to fall in love with the characters, and for me to fall in love with the characters they need to be truly realistic and relatable. Callan and Livvy are all of that and more, they’re real, they have weaknesses and for that they are both immensely likeable. The biggest win for this book, is in fact Callan for me.

“Don’t talk, act. Don’t say, show. Don’t promise, prove.”

I love Katy Evans. And I loved the other books I’ve read from her, but this one, gah…was by far the best book I’ve read from her. Womanizer was an exceptional read. It had everything that I love in a contemporary romance. It was fun, it was fresh and last but not least it had some pretty hot moments between the two main characters.

From New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Katy Evans comes a brand new contemporary romance. WOMANIZER is a full length standalone, and no other books in the series need to be read.

You’ve seen the headlines: Womanizing billionaire player! Watch out! Stay away!

We were just two strangers. Facing a forbidden attraction, a chemical connection. Neither of us expected or wanted it to amount to more.

But I had never been drawn to a guy the way I was drawn to this one: my brother’s best friend, and CEO of the company where I interned.

Even knowing I should stay away, I proved to be too human, after all.

The chemistry was amazing.

The laughs were incredible.

I opened up to him in more ways than I’d opened up to anyone before.

But sex was as far as I’d go.

Just sex because he was too irresistible.

Just sex because I wouldn’t be falling for him.

Just sex because I’d leave in three months, and I’d like for my brother not to kill me, and for nobody to find out he was my wicked little secret.

He wasn’t the One.

He was just a womanizer.

But for a time, he would be mine.
