Sexy Stranger by Kendall Ryan- my review ☆☆☆☆☆ #RomanceAtItsBest

My review ☆☆☆☆☆

“ The sexy stranger captured my attention from the first moment I saw him, even though I needed a man like I needed a new Louis Vuitton bag. “

Kendall Ryan never disappoints.

Sexy Stranger was a great read. I was not hooked from the beginning but It got better and better and BOOM!!
What I love about this book, is that it reminded me why I like romance- the story of Luke and Charlotte was romantic, sexy, endearing and cute at the same time. It wasn’t farfetched, it was simple and realistic. It was a modern fairy tale.
Charlotte is a sassy heroine who left her life, as a rich woman who only interacts with the NYC elite behind. She wants to be free and live her life to the full on HER terms.
“she was a feisty firecracker who never hesitated to put me in my place.”

On the way to L.A , her expensive car broke down in the most random place, Shady Grove, Texas.
Luke is a sexy, alpha-male who owns a whiskey distillery. Everybody loves him in Shady Grove. However, when he meets the city girl in his local bar… there were sparks.
“As annoying as he was, he’d ignited a spark of attraction that I hadn’t felt in a very long time.”

He straightaway made his opinion about charlotte and so did she.. But they were attracted to each other. Their hate-love relationship was entertaining because as a reader, you knew that they were not going to be able to keep it up, you could feel it, and you did not want them to.

“Wasn’t every day you met a woman who could give as good as she could get. “

Luke proved himself to be sweet and charming and he wants nothing more than to make Charlotte happy despite the fact that their “relationship” has an expiry date. Can the city girl find Love in Shady Grove and get her HEA ? Will Luke open up to Charlotte despite his past?

In, “Sexy Stranger” Kendall Ryan provides the reader with a beautiful tale of a sexy and reserved country boy who meets his match in a sweet and sexy city girl. All the secondary characters played a great role in the story and I hope that we will get Duke and Val story soon …
I loved it, I love that it is a story about taking chances, opening yourself up to new experiences and finding happiness in unexpected places.
