🌟🌟🌟Into the Fire by Meredith Wild 5 πŸ€ Review πŸŒŸπŸŒŸπŸŒŸ
My 5 πŸ€ Review.
I’ve loved Meredith Wild ever since I stumbled upon the Hacker Series and she kept hitting me with cliffhangers.
I’ll preface this by saying I haven’t read the first Bridge Series book and it made no difference to this book. It can be read as a standalone, but honestly after reading this I’ll be going back and reading On My Knees. (link to 1-click below)

The book follows the second Bridge brother Darren, who at the beginning is almost difficult to like. he seems to be a straight up player and we want more than that for our girl. Wild portrays his progression in a believable manner to the point that we are cheering him on at the end of the book.

I thoroughly enjoyed Vanessa as a main character, she was smart and witty and knew what she wanted. I loved the fact that Wild created such a multi-faceted character and we got to see the persona she performs for the outside world while understanding that underneath it all she is truly a romantic.

I love how Wild’s writing takes me through such a gambit of emotions. From near kindle throwing frustration and anger at some points to outright swooning at others. This book is no exception and you should be adding it to your must read pile as soon as possible.

Playmaker by Katie McCoy is live!

4 it’s football not soccer πŸ€s

I’m a sucker for a good sports romance and Playmaker delivers on all fronts.

Nicole and James are both confirmed singletons who prefer to keep their “dates” to one night only with no repeats. However they both find that one night only might not be enough to get their fill of each other.

I really enjoyed this book, and found myself smiling and laughing along with the characters. James and Nicole are both likeable and realistic main characters who make no excuses for they like to live their lives.

Some of the scenes in this book were seriously H-O-T and I can understand wanting to go back for more. Hell, I nearly reread a couple of scenes they were that smoking’.

But all of these sexy times didn’t take away from what was an enjoyable love story. McCoy has created a separate world where all the secondary characters are credible and add something to the storyline. They’re not just there for filling or to add a little meat to the story.

I will definitely be picking up another Katie McCoy book.
